To get started, you will need to delete the old HNA Handicaps and competitions app and download the new HNA Handicaps App from the Apple App store or Google Play Store. Please ensure that the App has the logo as per the image above and below.

You can also log in via the web at www.handicaps.co.za and log in (top right).

Once on the App or web, which should look like the image above – follow these steps:

1. Select Your Federation as Golf RSA from the dropdown menu.

2. Sign up: Select “Sign up for Golf RSA” located just below ‘Forgot Password?’. 

3. If you are logging in via www.handicaps.co.za, please select ‘Activate your account here‘

4. Enter your ‘Membership Number’ (Player ID) as shown on your membership letter.

5. You will be sent a 6-digit PIN to your registered email address.

6. Enter this 6-digit PIN then complete the missing data and set a new password to begin using the new system.

7. If you do not receive your 6-digit PIN please let us know and we’ll change your email address on the system.

Forgotten your Player ID?  
If you are unsure of your Player ID number, click green ‘click here’ link under “Do you have an existing Member number?”. Enter your registered email address, and the system will automatically email your Player ID to you. For any questions or queries please contact us:
